Of Consequence (We2)
 
We are better, together, than apart.
Our consequence and what we can
accomplish magnifies, when we join: 
diminishes, when we separate.
Two are better than one. 
United, we stand. 
Divided: crash, fall, burn.
 
Singularly, we might achieve remarkable things.
But, miracles awaken when we join.
You are never alone ~ we are here, too.
 
We can think too much: feel too little.
Lonely numbers abide, quietly desperate.
 
We can fight our intentions ~ wrestle them to the ground.
Nail them to the wall, so they won’t spring after us.  That works;
if we’re brain dead, heart dead, Spirit dead.
It’s those damn walls we build ~ all that effort and,
still, no protection.  We are not brain, heart, or Spirit dead.
 
We cannot chisel emotions in stone. To emote implies action:
movement.  Our intentions circle their wagons and right
when we believe we’ve outsmarted them: the universe shifts,
a light goes on, the veil lifts, a Truth becomes evident.
 
We are better, together, than we are, alone.
 
Nothing grows in a vacuum.
It is simply a vacuum.
Waiting to be filled.
Awaiting fulfilment.
