like other days ~<br>Light entered every wound.<br>\u00a0<br>The day ached raw and held my pain<br>and, how was I to know<br>that day, which opened wide my heart<br>kept all those wounds aglow.<br>\u00a0<br>The day was like to any day<br>we rise and walk in Love<br>for that is all a day can be:<br>an arrow or a dove.<br>\u00a0<br>The day your Light streamed into me<br>the day my wounds cracked wide<br>that day was not like any day ~<br>I had no place to hide.<br>\u00a0<br>Some perfect days require of us<br>a presence seldom shown<br>for, most of us spend all our time<br>rewriting scripts we\u2019ve sown.<br>\u00a0<br>And, yes, we sow our every day<br>we sow those days we reap<br>and we decide for flowers, or<br>for every tear we keep.<br>\u00a0<br>If you decide to bare your wounds<br>and ask I do the same<br>and we allow our hearts to shine<br>with Light, instead of shame<br>those wounds, which never seem to heal<br>those wounds which bind us tight<br>might somehow break, releasing us<br>allowing us to fight.<br>\u00a0<br>If you fight your way back to me<br>and I fight mine, as well<br>we might not end in heaven, yet\u2026<br>but we won\u2019t live in hell.<br>And as we trudge along our roads<br>our wounds stream, burning bright<br>so, look for me, my Dearest One<br>walk on, throughout the night.<br>\u00a0<br>Walk on, throughout
