Direction? Here is a genuine Love poem. I hope you enjoy it.

The Way
I do not know the way.
Don’t look for guidance, here,
my Dear, for surely, I
will succeed in leading us astray.
I’ve never travelled far ~
never wished upon my star,
kept every promise I
have voiced, by choice, Love,
always by choice.
So, this is new, my Dear ~
perhaps the thing I fear
this having Love returned
like stars forever burned
into my heart, laid bare
at last, to find you here
the Soul who tells me yes,
you care ~ as completely as I dare.
Kazantzakis asked the almond tree to speak
of God, and she, bowed her canopy,
shook it free, and blossomed: such Love
might draw the bow tauter than I
ever thought possible before your orbit
circled mine. But, now, I find the arrow sought is
always, always and ever caught by the perfect
target; in the very center ~ the tender part
of its ever-waiting heart and you, Love: always.
You.
